USAID DIALOGUE ON HIV AND TB PROJECT
Information for Target Populations

The USAID Dialogue on HIV and TB Project employs outreach prevention models by target population proven effective under previous regional projects and deemed best practices.  Each model is tailored to specific program needs for a specific target population at the regional level and adapted to each country’s unique context. All models include a basic outreach package of services, including: prevention information-education activities based on the peer education principal; a referral system to medical and social services; and case management services to program clients for treatment adherence support.
