USAID DIALOGUE ON HIV AND TB PROJECT
Program Approach

Migrant Model
HIV and TB prevention and control activities targeting migrants will be launched under the USAID Dialogue on HIV and TB Project in late 2011. Established regional best practices in prevention with migrants are currently under review. In the summer of 2011, a public tender will be announced for International NGOs to fairly and transparently compete for the role of implementer for migrants in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Together with the selected implementer, the model to be used under the project will be selected and tailored to the priorities of the project.
